And we enjoy decorating the hog to fit your theme.

A whole hog smoked on site then fully decorated $450.
Hire a pit crew member to carve for $150.
Add dill pickles, sweet onions, buns and BBQ sauces for $125.
A hog will feed approximately 75-100 guests.

If you need to round out your meal with side dishes we have you covered;
choice of 3 sides dishes is $7 per person. Accompanying the sides will be dill pickles, sweet onions, buns and BBQ sauces.
Add an addt’l side $1.25 pp
Add an addt’l smoked meat $2 pp
Assortment of beverages and desserts are available upon request.

Service options:
Full Service; prepared on site, supply all serving dishes & utensils and buffet table linens. Subject to a 17% catering fee and local sales tax.

Delivered & Set-Up Service; packaged hot with serving utensils and delivered to your location. Just tell us time you would like to eat and provide a table. We will arrive just prior and set-up the buffet. Subject to a 10% delivery fee and local sales tax.

Disposable plates, napkins & silverware $.75 per person.

China, glassware, silverware, table/chairs, portable bars, tents are available for rent, request quote.
